H4All CIO offers a range of counselling services to help understand and address issues which may be a cause of distress to you. Counselling offers you an opportunity to talk with someone who is trained to listen. It can help you make better sense of the feelings you are experiencing, and enable you to see difficulties in a more manageable way.
What is counselling?
Counselling services of; Hillingdon Mind, Harlington Hospice and Carers Trust Hillingdon have been brought together as H4All CIO Counselling Services, under one Head of Counselling.

Counselling offers you an opportunity to talk with someone who is trained to listen about particular areas in your life that are causing you distress. It can help you to make better sense of the feelings you are experiencing, and enable you to see difficulties in a more manageable way.
Counsellors are trained to listen without giving advice or being judgmental, to help you to open up, to speak freely, to explore what is behind the issues which concern you, and help you find your own answers and ways of taking more control of your life.
